Help Manual for Vacancy Portal

 

Introduction

This portal is used by external candidates to register them with CRS India for (1) Posting Resume and (2) Applying to current vacancies.

 

While advertising our vacancies with job sites, we give the link of this portal: www.extranet.crsindia.org/employee_resume for applying for the post advertised. When candidates view our job on the job sites, they come to our portal, get registered and apply for the job.

 

1.         Log-in

When an external candidate comes to this portal first time, he has to register. 

For registration, they need to -

¨       Click on “Click Here” for registration.

¨       A form will open (title Candidate Information).  Candidate will fill the details and click on Submit button.

¨       After successful submission, candidate will be given a login ID and Password and same will be sent to them by email. 

This ID & password will be used by them for longing in future and applying for current vacancies.

 

A registered candidate can do following two tasks, after logging in (See Here are your options – below log-in):-

¨       Update Resume – this will open the same form, which they had filled at the time of registration, and they can update.

¨       Delete Resume – it will cancel their registration and they will not able to apply for current vacancies.  If they wish to do, they have to re-register.

3.                 Work at CRS/India – It contain the information on working culture, work practice and work environment of CRS.

 

4.                 Current Vacancies – By clicking on it candidate can view the current vacancy of CRS.  They can select the job for which they wish to apply.

 

Only the candidate, who has logged in will be able to apply for the current jobs selected.  If the candidate has no logged in, they can see the vacancy – but cannot apply until and unless logged in.

 

5.                 Employee Testimonials – It contain the views of State Representatives about CRS and their experience with CRS
